The word “Judo” directly translates to “the gentle way” and the secret of its power is the variety of techniques which allows you to use your opponents’ force against them. It is elegant, clever, and requires a wide range of skills.

About eldad jaeger - jaco martial arts judo instructor
Since the age of 4, Eldad Jaeger has never left the training mat. Since his early childhood, his coaches recognized him as a gifted fighter and nurtured his skills to help him reach the highest achievements. He won several national championships and excelled in his field.
Eventually, he got accepted to “Wingate Institute’s Boarding School for Gifted Athletes” and practiced daily with the world renowned Israel’s national judo team. Since the age of 16, he is training kids in Judo and for the last 6 years, he is travelling the world, training people of all ages in this deep, elegant and empowering practice.
